Every year Student Development goes through weeks of interviews refining the selection for the coveted 22 slots available as a Resident Assistant in the residence halls. This year was extra tricky as there was a surplus of qualified candidates and it's hard to choose when there are so many wonderful options! We are excited to announce the 2017-2018 Resident Assistant list. Students, meet your new RAs!

3) When I was younger, I pooped in the ocean to see if it could float. 



Ellisa McCarthy (Lisa) - 3rd Spange Bridge

Major: Christian Ministry, Minors in Social Justice and Missions

Year: Unknown, somewhere between junior and senior

Hometown: Quincy, MA

1.) Attended farm school for High School (Literally a high school on a farm learning about farming and farm animals!)

2.) Loves to read poetry and has a secret soft-spot for classical literature

3.) Hopes to publish someday, be it young adult fiction, poetry, or a children's book
